I have been a licensed real estate practioner with the Victoria Real Estate Board since 1988, exclusively with Newport Realty Ltd., a locally owned and operated brokerage of approximately 60 active real estate practioners. My background prior to becoming a REALTOR®, was in the legal profession where I was a conveyancer and corporate assistant. This previous career gave me excellent background experience in the legal side of what I do today in listing and selling properties.
In order to keep my skills up-to-date to best serve my clientele I ensure that my education remains an on-going undertaking, something that I am proud to say our local Real Estate Board was in the forefront of and which now is a mandatory requirement throughout our Province. I am a multiple-year recipient of the Victoria Real Estate Board's Gold Award. I have three times been elected by the membership to a two-year term as Director of my local Board, the first in October 2005. During these past years I have chaired many of our Board's committees, including Education, Business Practices, Government Liaison, Arbitration and Mediation, Selection Committee and at our Provincial level, I have sat as a member of its Government Relations Committee. For the year 2010, I was selected to be the President of the Victoria Real Estate Board. I am Victoria born and raised, a City which never stops amazing me with its beauty and vitality and one that I also never tire of introducing to newcomers.

Born and raised in Victoria, BC, I am fortunate to have a large network of friends and family which includes my husband of 25 years, Bo, our daughter, Tasha, who attends the University of Victoria and our 4 year old Chihuahua Roxy! I'm happiest when I'm busy working and when enjoying my other passions: golf, skiing, volleyball and travelling. Living in Brentwood Bay provides the perfect backdrop for a west coast lifestyle in a community setting which is important to me. My commitment to community includes Chairing the Construction Division of the United Way of Greater Victoria where I have been part of a large team who are improving the lives of everyday Victorians and truly making a difference.
My interest in real estate started over 25 years ago when I became a Legal Assistant for many of Victoria's busiest law firms with a primary focus on real estate conveyancing. I honed my mediation, negotiation and customer service skills when I expanded into family law and personal injury claims. These acquired skills and experience connected me with Mohan Jawl, of Jawl Developments, a lawyer, real estate developer and principal of the locally-owned, family business. Starting in 1994, my role as Executive Assistant eventually lead to Real Estate Sales Manager and I was an integral part of assisting to develop the real estate portfolio including Sayward Hill, Mattick's Green/Wood at Cordova Bay Golf Course and the Selkirk Waterfront Community. From inception to completion, my roles were vast and included planning, rezoning, design drawings, project management, trade supervision, sales negotiation, contract under-writing, transaction supervision, deficiency review and final completion/move-in orientation. Handing keys to owners that I had worked with sometimes over 2 years to build their dream home was the best job satisfaction and reward I could ask for.

Stephanie Pink
I had the privilege of being raised in Victoria and completed my BSc in Psychology at the University of Victoria. My family has actively been involved in real estate sales and rentals since 1976 so it was a natural progression when I obtained my real estate license in 2004. My goal is to provide knowledge and skill to help you buy or sell real estate at whatever pace you feel comfortable and guide you through the process in a pressure free environment. I am a multi-year recipient of the Victoria Real Estate Board's MLS® Gold, Silver and Bronze sales awards and am proud that my business is mainly built on referral and repeat clients.
I am committed to a lifelong career in real estate and have been actively involved with the VREB since 2007 having served on the Government Liaison, Business Practices, Advancing the Profession and Professional Standards Committees.
I've always had an interest in sports and have been a competitive swimmer, runner and triathlete.
